Problems Saving on Mac OSX

I'm having problems saving the World Tour. The last couple times I've played, I've played 5-6 tournaments and then when I go to the Save screen, it won't show any previously saved games and won't let me save. When I click on an empty slot, it just goes back to the previous screen as if I'd pressed ESC. I have the Mac version.

Hello,

could you look into the "System.log" file created in the TE2006 directory..?

Maybe you have a trouble with the access right of save directory (by default, it's "Profiles/Default" ).
Did you create a custom profile ?

Hello,

can you look if you have access rights on the subdirectory "Profiles/Default" ..? (using the "get info" in the right-click menu)

Hello,

inside the directory of Tennis Elbow 2006, there should be a subdirectory named "Profiles", go into it, then right-click on "Default" subdirectory which should be into "Profiles". Then click on "Get Info", and check you have the rights to read/write to this directory.

Hum, it's becoming very mysterious... :?

Could you try to install the game into another directory ? (into your desktop if you didn't put it there, or somewhere else if it's already into your desktop)

Hello,

could you try to manually create these 2 files :
- Profiles/Default/Tour00.sav
- Profiles/Default/Tour00.ini
..?
Use the text editor (for example), and put nothing it them.

Then load the game, check that the slot A is invalid when you want to load a World Tour game, then try to save to it, and then go to load screen again, and tell me if it's still invalid, got empty, or got your game..?

should put both files into the subfolder : Profiles/Default ("Default", which is within "Profiles", which is inside Tennis Elbow 2006 folder)

If you put the file in the good place, you should see "Invalid" in the Save Slot A, within the game.

I put the files in the Profiles/Default folder, but Invalid never comes up in slot A when I try to save the World Tour, all are still empty. All slots become 'empty' after a certain point when I start a new game. But if I restart with a new player, my old saves that actually had worked reappear. But then once I reach a certain point with the new character, all slots become empty again and I have to either leave my computer on, or restart again with a new character.

Hello,

ok, this is very very strange, but with these additional explanations, it gave me an idea of test.
So could you download and unzip this App into your Tennis Elbow 2006 folder :

..?

After, launch it & play, then tell me if it's working or not.
In both cases, send me the resulting "System.log" file to the address email you got your license key from.

Hey,

No, unfortunately the new version you sent me still didn't work, the same problem happens. It's nice you put the rest of the flags in WT mode, though. I sent you an email with a copy of my system.log, a reply from the key email I received when I bought the game.
