Do you have Mozilla Firefox or any other applications open before you tried starting up TE? Sometimes this issue arises when you startup TE while Mozilla Firefox is open, or any other applications that can take up alot of memory (especially for bad PC's). Solution for this is to close all open applications, then start TE. Usually that works.

i installed alot of drivers but video card drivers no ................. i knew my graphics card name but i tried so many websites but no good results ((

That's not the name of the card, it must be saying that because it doesn't have a proper driver and is using the Windows default.

Does your PC have a model number on the case? if it does you may be able to use it to find the name of the card.

No the whole computer's manufacturer and model name, from when you bought it (unless someone custom made it).
