Hi,

So i get this bug where my game freezes on my macbook when i try play in my second home but when i play in my family home (which is where i first installed the game and have played 9 games online) the game works fine.
Is there an IP issue that needs fixing or something? I have also tried a VPN in my second home but that still doesnt solve the issue, and I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

FOR CONTEXT, MY game freezes on "Online Account Verifcation" Pop up and I see the little tennis ball loading for the mouse, and then my game just freezes so i have to force quit

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

after the game has frozen and you have closed it, could you send me this file "~/Library/Logs/Mana Games/Tennis Elbow 4/Player.log" (enter the folder in Finder -> Go -> Go to folder) to : contact (at) managames -dot- com ?

I got it ; it's strange, there's the network init called non-stop, like if you were exiting and reentering the Online menu. Could you try without any Mod, to see if it works better..?
