Hi,

First of all, glad to see this option is added to the game. Is a big improvement for switching between mods! Sadly when I use it, the game starts to work way worse (like freezing) and after that it crashes at some point and I have to re-start again. I noticed it mostyl crashes if I 'm using other programs with TE4 in background (as Discord or Streamlabs for example).

hum, is it possible that you're very tight on available memory ? How much RAM do you have on your PC ? The switch currently consumes about 50~100MB of extra RAM. (it should be mostly fixed in the next update)

I have as specs 32gb of RAM DDR4, Ryzen 7 5800X3D and a 4070ti. I don't think it would be an issue related to that.

I also have a laptop wth the game installed which is less powerfull (with 16Gbram and graphics integrated). I can test there if the problem is stil happening. Let u know when I test it.

Ok, so it shouldn't be a memory issue.

When the game crashes, it tells you the location of the crash log right ? (it should likely be in "%APPDATA%/../LocalLow/Mana Games/Tennis Elbow 4/Crashes", if my memory doesn't fail)

I can't find the crashes folder, it isn't in that directory :/ The game also isn't showing anything about the crash.
I have the game installed in another disk different to where Windows is, maybe is because of that? I checked also in the folder where the game is installed and no crashes folder found .

Yes, normally Unity crash window should tell you where the crash info is saved, so it looks like a complete meltdown...

You can install your game anywhere you want without issue.

I did some cleaning when reloading the game for the next update ; it'd be surprising if it fixes this crash, but not impossible. The update might come within 10 days or less.

Ok, no problem. It's not a big problem to me to re-start the game meanwhile. What I also notice is the crash only happens when I come back from WTSL to XKT, not in the other way. I'll let u know if that update fix it.

P.D: I haven't tested yet in my laptop, let u know also when I do it.

I tested and thanks to your video & explanation, I found the issue : as soon as I pressed a key, it was crashing as well, and it was because the keyboard was hooked twice (the hook is so Windows doesn't react to the Windows key), leading to the crash without a crash log..!

It's fixed for the next update, thanks to your report !

Hi manutooo,

Giving to you here feedback from this last update. Now the game doesn't crash after changing and reload mods, but in my experience i'm suffering noticeable stutters in video and audio. If i re-start the game its a bit less noticeable but i'm still suffering it, so i don't know if its directly related to this option or not.
I'll continue doing test with that and I'll let you know.
