hi i am trying to get the demo of tennis elbow 4, but cant get it to launch only a blue screen ?
any suggestions ?

launch TE4 Demo Patcher.

If it doesn't help, send me this file by email to : contact (at) managames -dot- com
=> "C:/Users/[YourUserName]/AppData/LocalLow/Mana Games/Tennis Elbow 4/Player.log" (you should be able to enter "%APPDATA%/../LocalLow/Mana Games/Tennis Elbow 4" in the Windows File Explorer URL, without the quotes, to reach that folder)

I have the same problem on PS5.
How to solve this?
It's not a Demo.

Apessoa,
is it the 1st time you launch the game ? If yes, try to delete it and install it again. If it doesn't help, unplug everything from your console except for your official PlayStation controller.

Else, I guess you have installed a Mod..? If so, then press Square (or Cross, I forgot) to ignore the Mods on loading and delete the last Mod(s) you have installed.
