Hi, I've played this game on PS5 for months and really love it! Unluckily, since the release of the 1.0 version, it's impossible to reinstall the XKT patch. After downloading it, there's an error message everytime that makes me download it another time just to do the same again. Is there anybody else with this problem? Can I solve It without losing my game data and reinstalling the whole game? Thank you and congrats for the awesome work done so fare!

Hello,

try to do : Settings -> Profile -> Delete All Mods on the next launch ; then restart the game, and install the XKT Mod again.

If it still fails, then close the game, and go to PS4/5 Settings -> Application Saved Data Management -> Saved Data in System Storage -> Delete -> TE4 -> Select -> Delete. Then start the game again and install the XKT Mod. This shouldn't touch your saved careers. It worked after a few attempts deleting the mods on the following lunch, unsuscribed and re-suscribed to them, just in case it happens to anybody else! Thanks for helping and keep up the awesome work done on this game, the best tennis one we have by far!

Hi there! Just bought this beautiful game yesterday, but when I go to mod management, I see no mods available for installation at all; I only see three gear wheels (looks like a sing of updating/downloading content) but it doesn’t progress
Does mod.io have any region restrictions? Or is it a common problem? Hope this thread can relate

Try to restart the game to fix this issue. If it doesn't help, press the button to delete all the Mods when the game starts.

Yes, I’m on ps5;

Deleting mods option, restarting or reinstalling doesn’t help, it seems like mod io struggles to download content; although I managed to log in to mob io both in game and via safari (it works well and shows all mods via phone but not on ps5), I still assume that might be somehow related to region which is even more confusing;

Could you clarify on any possible limitations regarding in-game mod io? Or maybe any other advice, please?

There's no limitation, but sometimes mod.io settings get corrupted and it doesn't work anymore. If deleting the Mods fails to completely reset mod.io, you can try to delete & reinstall the game (normally, you shouldn't lose your settings nor your saved career, as they are saved in the clouds).

Are you able to come back to the Main menu after seeing the Mod Management menu stuck on the 3 gear wheels ?

If yes, could you then send me a Bug Report after clicking on the top left little white icon in the Main Menu ? There's a low chance, but maybe the log will have a hint at why mod.io cannot start up correctly.

I didn't get any Bug Report from PlayStation in the past few hours... I'm afraid I didn't get them... So it may mean the game doesn't have Internet access on your PlayStation..?

If you have PSN+, are you able to connect in Training Club -> Online ?
