I have a problem. when you open mod management, a blue background appears. In the upper right corner it says mod name and you can't do anything. Can't download any mods or anything. What does this mean? Restarting the game or console does not help

Hello,

the ModIO states might be corrupted. In such a case, the "Delete all Mods" button in "Settings -> Profile" doesn't work (it'll be fixed in the next update).

Meanwhile, on Windows : delete this folder => C:\Users\Public\mod.io

On Xbox : you can try to manually delete the Mod drive (it'll delete any Match recordings you may have as well).

To do so :
- press the menu button on Tennis Elbow 4 in your Xbox game library
- select "Manage game and add-ons"
- select Saved Data
- Select "Reserved space" and clear it

Then try to launch the game and log in again in modio and then subscribe to the Mods again.

On PlayStation : delete the download data associated with the game (but not the save data).


After, you'll have to sign in again in Main Menu -> Mod Management, and then subscribe and download the Mods again. Your saved games shouldn't be affected by all this and still work once everything is installed correctly.
