I did a search to see if anyone submitted this, and I see you use this in some posts as well. But essentially you write "to help you *apprehend* the system" and that word should be comprehend.

It's from the Tennis School, lesson #4. Apprehend means something very different

I use it in its 2nd meaning...

Fair enough I guess, but most english speakers would use comprehend. Apprehend is taken to mean arrest, as the first point shows.
