While I was in a career mode match while during the point a thing popped up on the screen saying the game has crashed which I have to forfeit the match or even lose my career because if I reload it it still appears and I can’t get rid of it if yous can respond how to help or fix this it would be appreciated thanks

are you on PC or Xbox ?

In both cases, try to restart the game, and set Main Menu -> Recordings -> Recording to Off, then play normally.
