I've been playing career mode in TE4 for 10+ seasons now.
Today, I wanted to continue where I left off yesterday but if I continue to the next tournament, I lose ALL of my skills?
I removed my mods, tried an older saved file but it doesn't seem to help, I always lose all my skills.

What happened??

Ok, I just did.
All my settings were also back to default as if the game crashed. I closed it normally last time.

I got your Bug Report yesterday and just tried your saved game : I registered for the tournament on Week 14, and Nina still had all her skills very high on the Match presentation screen. I then tried with your Tennis.ini and got the bug !

So I looked into details and I had forgotten to update a value when I finished to integrate TEM2 within TE4, it'll be fixed in the next update, thanks to your report !

And you can fix it right away by changing this line in your Tennis.ini, under [WT_OldAge], from : (HowTo => topic19-32161.php )
TrainTechnicDrop= 0.50
to :
TrainTechnicDrop= 0.001
