Hello,
could you press the keys "Windows+R" to open the "Run" window, then enter "RegEdit" in it, then go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Mana Games\Tennis Elbow 4" and there delete all keys starting with "Screen Manager" + the 2 keys "UnityGraphicsQuality" and "UnitySelectMonitor" ? Then launch the game again.
If it works, but crashes again on the next launch, try to delete the keys one by one till you find the faulty one and please let me know about it.
If still not ok, you can also try to delete the keys starting with "unity." .
