Hello, I found a really annoying bug with the elo system in online matches. It happens several times per day to me that I lose elo out of nothing. In some cases, the elo in the menu is higher than the elo in the match statstics, also if i have won (the match statistic have shown that i gained elo).....

For example: The menu displays 1000 elo, than i played a match and won.... it reduces the elo to around 980 and than it adds me the earned elo of the win on top of the 980 (to 995 for example).... which is strange and i think wrong.

I also sent u several bug reports when the problem happened to me.

I cannot figure out your ELO discrepancy from the online logs. Could you also send me this file to contact (at) managames -dot- com : from Settings -> Profile -> Show Data Folder then "Profiles\XKT\MatchLog - TrainingClub.001.html" ..?

I got your MatchLog.

I can see the ELO discrepancy and so I checked everything but I still cannot understand what's going on...

So for the next update, I added some logging of the ELO evolution.

Once the new update will be released (hopefully by the end of this week), the next time you notice your ELO is wrong, please :
- send me right away a Bug Report
- click on Settings -> Profile -> Show Data Folder
- send me the file "Player-prev.log" by email

Hopefully, it'll give me enough data to figure out what's going on.

Hey, Im very thankful that u try to solve this bug so quickly. But my elo is lost forever?

The ELO isn't really lost : if your ELO is lower, then you get more ELO when you beat an opponent. So in the long term, no ELO is lost if I can fix the recurring ELO loss.
