ohhh my god !!!!
i was playing with someone his name is dani ..... i was 4-0 and he went to the menu and he didnt want to play i spok with him in chat he didnt answer i stayed a few minutes waiting for him he didnt recome .... so ... i havn't choise i retire and my elo was 1830 elo and when i retire and entred the game another time ...... what i see my elo is coming 1690 ohh my god what is that 140 elo i lost ...it's incredible !!!!!

That happened to me 2. My elo was 28 something and then it dropped to 25. Then to 23 because I quit against a laggy player. But oh well, i know my ability.
