It can't be your central, system.log I don't know..
Did you tried to see on the firewall ??
Or maybe if you have a brother or sister, who use the same one for another IP, it happened to me, and I have changed the "Puerto UDP 4321" from my IP, because 2 IP's can't have the same "Puerto" ;)
After that I don't really know, I wish I helped you. If not you will have to wait Manutoo's answer.

I get a similar problem but in English :( Does anyone know how to fix this? And the program cannot detect my IP.

Carlaleede,
did you check that your firewall lets TE2009 passes through ?
Else, try to open Internet Explorer after the 1st error message, then try again to log in with TE2009...

Oh, thank you so much! I had changed my Virus Protective firewall to allow TE09 but it was Windows Firewall that I didn't change :) Thank you for your help.
