Computer Restarting After Tournament Win

Postby Guest » 07 Feb 2006, 04:35

About half of the time I win a tournament, the second I win the match and press ok, my whole computer restarts before I get to save. What is wrong with it??

Hello,

is it half of the time or every time ?

What do u see on screen when you win a tournament ? Do u hear the music & see the cup ?

Could you send me your "system.log" file (from your Tennis Elbow folder) to the email address you got your license key from ?

Actually I think its because I changed the data and then changed it back, so it has a bug or something. Its everytime, but once my computer restarts it works the second time. Is there any way I can fix this, or is that 'account' just permenantly messed up?

If you think it comes from something you changed, then just completely uninstall the game, and install it again.

Just a thing, if you're playing with a pirate version, this bug is normal... ;)

Ok, I don't know what a pirate version is, but I did buy the game...

Ok, good thank you :)

So if you have trouble again, don't forget to send me your "system.log" file (from your Tennis Elbow folder) to the email address you got your license key from. And then I'll try to see what's happening.

Ok. I also have an "error log" file too. Would that be useful (if the problem continues)?
