This seems to happen more lately with the latest update. The game gets stuck at the loading screen, and the only way for me to get out is alt+tab and try to shut the game down with device manager, which isn't that easy since the resolution is screwed and I have to do just with the keyboard.

Hello,

I guess this is due to the error message I added with the last build when the game cannot load some files on init. Pressing the "Enter" key should then likely exit the game.
And it'll fixed correctly with next Build...

Hitting Enter does nothing.

I have to Ctrl+Alt+Del, then minimize the game, then Alt+E and Alt+Y to shut down Tennis Elbow. I've gotten used to it now, so it's just a couple seconds. :p

Maybe this is due to a problem with your display drivers or something like that...

I'm noticing a similar problem as Leena with these new builds (sometimes it freezes on loading & I have to use ctrl+alt=del.)

I have updated drivers for my video card. And if I play windowed or fullscreen, any resolution (I usually use the same as my desktop 1680x1050), it does the same thing. Loading screen, a beep, then nothing. And there's no errors in the system log.

It's not a big problem for me... but, for someone not so knowledgeable about exiting programs, they might be shutting off and on their computers, so :p

1- the beep u hear is the same beep u hear when the game loads normally ..?
2- in Windowed mode, once it's blocked, what do u see on the screen ? The loading screen ? A black screen ..?

I don't know about Leena, but I get the the same beep that the game uses when loading and this happens on the "loading screen"...

In all modes, the Tennis Elbow logo with Loading... on the bottom right. Doesn't change from that.

I may have found the cause.
I just updated the game, the build = 30-2009.3.30 . Thanks to dl it & let me know if it gets better or not.

Leena, I also lowered by 12% the topspin for Women Tour, let me know if it's noticeable or not.

So far this morning, no loading problems. But, it was sporadic before, so knock on wood.
