It also happened with a 'nice shot' hotkey chat message right after this, it got stuck and never disappeared.

playing the .dmo , the icon pops up to shows you didn't centred your strike when it goes long (to lead to 0/40). This is the expected behaviour. (but I'm not sure it's what you saw when you actually played)

For the stuck chat message, opening the chat & entering the sentence would make it go away, right ?
