TE2005 crashed when starting new game

Postby Gardy » 13 Jul 2005, 16:32

Hello

I love Te2005 beta so much as I pay for licence key for Te2005 1.0 which I downloaded early today.

But Te2005 1.0 full version crashed when I click the button to start a new match after I create new game. Same thing happens in the training club.
The error message say "The program met an unhandled exception. Crash logged in file "Errorlog.txt".

I dont think my PC have the problem because the Te2005 beta version played fine on my PC.

Do u want to look at my error log? please let me know

Best Regards

hello,

could you send to the email you got your license key from ( ... @ managames.com ) the following files :
system.log
tennis.ini
..?
(send these files after you entered the game and exited, but without trying to play a match, so without crash)

Then I'll have a close look at what could go wrong.

Regards,

Hello

Thank you for your quick reply!!

The problem is that I turn the sound off in config setup therefore the game crashed....

To these concern
Make sure you turn the sound on in order to play the game if you have this problem

Cheers

now, the version on the website has been updated, so it should run fine, even if you play with the sound turned off.
