Hello,

in his last tournament, Heinrich got his CRC changed during his match against The Joker. Other Mods then gave the victory to The Joker as a change a CRC meant a change of skills which is forbidden by the rules.

Unfortunately, this change of CRC was the result of a couple of bugs, and it seems that Heinrich did a rage quit, instead of coming to me to tell me to check the bugs.

He also gave up his Tour Mod role, and the other Mods picked a new Mod.

So Naastooo is the new Tour Mod. Welcome to him in the Team !

Is this a joke? At first your 'moderators' gave a walkover in a Grand Slam vs #1 without even to hear my side of the story, secondly I asked for checking the bug by you, but Sampreas said you confirmed that I cheated, so the walkover won't change and last but not least, I told every 'moderator' of this 'tour', that I won't do anything as long as this has clarified. And nobody has contacted me to tell me that I didn't cheat.

Hopefully w/ Naastooo this tour will improve at least a bit ... with the old 'moderator' team, this tour will stuck in 2008 forever.

I sent you a PM 8 days ago to tell you your name was cleared, but you didn't answer it. And you didn't connect with your original account since September 7th.

I never confirmed you cheated. I said that CRC was only changing when skills were changed. So they took their decision from that. But even so, they went on testing to know if there was a bug so they could clear you. They finally found a bug and submitted it to me along with the .dmo's of your match. I then only understood what went on and asked about you and I concluded you didn't cheat (that was something like 10 days ago).

For me, you're still welcome to be a Mod on the OTE.

(and I'd rather have you connect with your original account so I could be sure to not talk to an impersonator..! )

Isn't true, they said you confirmed that I cheated intentionally. (I'm not gonna mention that I told also to Algo / Sampreas that my opponents CRC also changed )

I concluded you didn't cheat (that was something like 10 days ago).

Furthermore I said to every moderator (Algo, Sampreas and IVO Isner) that I won't do anything as long as it has clarified, that this is a bug. But not a single word about it so far. (and now I have to read it has clarified already 10 days ago)

I trashed the old account with a password change / unknown mail. (the knowledge about this should confirm this )

For the people, who don't understand what we're talking about:
I trolled The Joker in classic five set match (4/6 5/7 6/2 6/2 6/3) at the US Open. After the match I saw, that apparently The Joker cried that I cheated, so Algo changed the result to w.o in favour of my opponent due to a CRC change (even the CRC change was ON BOTH SIDES + I sent a .dmo to Algo that showed I didn't change anything).
