Well first off, this was great revenge for our last match which i had match points and lost focus,while he fought hard to win 2-6 7-6(4) 12-10 in a challenger . This time it was pretty straightforward, but im still searching to get my best game back and today was pretty close to my best. He fought very well to break me when i was serving for the set at 5-2, but i found my extra gear and i closed it out 6-4. In the 2nd set, he had some momentum, but i made sure he didnt capitalize on it. After a tough break with a lot of Deuce and AD points at 6-4 4-2, i somehow broke and closed out a 6-4 6-2 win. In all, I feel pretty good about this win, my volley was working almost to its best. He is an improving player with great results as of late.
