Hi! I'm new player and I have so much problems with host the game. when I try to do it, it says that I have closed port 4321 or UTD is not directed on the firewall or Internet router

Permanent solution, check default guide to your router in http://www.portforward.com and follow the instructions to open 4321 UDP port. Don't download any software it asks you to.
Or use hamachi if you're hosting in the meantime

I don't understand this instructions. I haven't got a router. I have got only a internet plug. Help me please.
