i am just interested why is there rule which says Top 30 players cant play more then 15 small tournaments in a year when i know couple of them who already play 15 tournaments and still playing..

Example,ayoub rima have 15 tournaments and he play last week
Vika Azarenka V.A. have already 16 small tournametns and still playing last week
Sampreas have 15 tournaments too and playing in metz and kuala lumpur lol xd

Than idk why exist that rule??

A player who win 30 ATP250 would have more points that someone who play only big tournaments.

15 Small Tournament Rule
If you're in the Top 30, you can't play more than 15 Small Tournaments per year. This includes Challengers, 250's and 500's. Once you reach your 15 Small Tournament Limit, you won't be allowed to play small tournaments for the rest of the year.
