I voted for visible because moderators can see who had applied and we not so we are a bit damaged in that case...

I think it should be hidden for players, else, as adner says, once you queue for one tournament, you can't choose the other one even if you left the first.

It can be visible or not it's really the same. Who cares if someone has some silly tactics of avoiding players, that in the end leads to nothing. So I vote for visible because imo there's no reason why not.

I say visible for all or hidden for all. If it's hidden, let it be hidden for moderatos too
