You should have been removed from the position of moderator a long time ago as you had cheated enough with draws. There is no good argument with which you can defend yourself, you even admitted your mistake at RG. Jeroen made a bigger mistake by not banning Blacky and removing Domagoj from the place of moderator. But that is just my opinion.

When I played Domke in SF Bastad conditions were slidy and very slow. A lot of guys say that you do the same thing for tournaments, so chill down a bit lil cheater

- Blacky should have been banned as soon as mods had enough proof that he had created a multi account

- Blacky's opponents should have been granted a w.o.

- The fact that they didn't ban him, even when they had all the proofs that were needed to actually know he had done what he did, makes them accomplices.

- No one can unfairly use his "privileged position" for their own right forgetting what his actual job-competences are.
