The scheduled time? You guys need to organise a time to play.
Anyway, i explained somewhere else that if your opponent never arrives, thats a w.o. for you.
And if you're both online at some time, but don't meet, thats a RL (random luck) - explained in the "[FAQ] Online Tour" topic.
