You need to go to www.freewebs.com/tenniselbowtour/registrations.htm and register for tournaments. Draws are released every Saturday morning Europe time (Saturday afternoon/evening Australian Time) and those can be seen if you click on Current Tournaments. You'll need to register as a member to see the draws + wait for confirmation before you can access that.
