what happens when both the players report to the thread and but are unable to schedule a match?? who takes the w/o??

I am playing my qualies match against maria sharapova nike...my a/c on webs.com took a day for approval...so i couldn't see her msn address...but I PMed her yesterday..gave her my live ID..no reply yet...my account got confirmed today..i added her in my MSN and even sent her email...but no reply yet....i want to reiterate that i do not have much time left today...who takes the w/o now?

(PS: i have screenshots to show I PMed her and even mailed her on live)

Is there a deadline on playing matches? i mean of course it is...but withing what no of days can a qualies match be played??

there is a thing called RL (random luck). this is only used if you are unable to play your match for a certain reason - (eg. unable to join each others games, won't be able to meet at the same time...) The chances of winning depend on you rank (go here to check the percentages: http://www.freewebs.com/tenniselbowtour ... lities.htm). Only if your opponent isn't here at all (before deadline) or something else is to happen, then a w.o. would be given out.

now i got w/o or...? i'm not very keen to qualify on that way but what can you do.
