Voja is banned for 1 week for playing a reserve final and then giving a w.o. to his 2nd round opponent.
He'll miss ATP Masters 1000 Miami.
Ban is effective immediately after Indian Wells, so he can keep playing IW without restriction.

Voja's ban has been prolonged for one more week for losing a reserve match in Indian Wells and refusing to play his second round match. He will not be allowed to play Davis Cup.
