yes, i think, it's weird, and if manutoo can check it, why not. He has 804 elo, but played like a man with 2000

Well mods we just wanted to finish the match without controversy.so we resumed the match after 7-6 during night yesterday.i served 1-0 and then lag started to grow and i was 0-15(actually 0-30) on his serve,then he said he cant play and points on his serve are not count and convinced me to play next day.yesterday when we played first set,the conditions are playable.but today when we resumed the match same time and lag was hilarious.i hosted already 8 times and connection didnt improved.it was the same during night and today.so we both cant play and agreed to leave the decision to mods.so mods please take a right decision.
i heard that as my friend said RL will be done and i will lose....please don't do RL.i played the match in good conditions in first set...so please dont do RL.please take a right decision.i posted this with Federerr's permission.i dont know why conditions are bad.its annoying.Federerr wanted to leave the decision to all the mods.GL to him in future
