The hierarchy of staffs for 2009?

Postby TTennisfan » 29 Dec 2008, 22:29

Hello everyone
I have suggest few days ago when Stuey resigned as mod and retired as player to get a new way of staffs, as I said not all peoples will spend their time to present good subjects, tournaments as I said, this is way IMO : will be hard to find someone who could replace stuey has a mod, , so I had had the idea to suggest a new hierarchy for the upcoming season, because i know that none is able 24/7 and I don't want these things fu'ked
Here I go with my Suggestion :

- A president and administrator of the freewebs site (I guess Manutoo)
- A Vice-president
- a world tour director (I guess Blacky or Chiller)
- assistant director ( I guess Chiller or Blacky or eronakold)
- RANKING director ( I guess ....)
- League & Nations Cup director ( I guess ...)
- News - Writer ( I guess Togdyalttai)
- Calendar & Fixtures ( The guy who are gonna choose which tournamentsare gonna be played of course part time job hehe)

So this hierarchy will be called NEW

or u prefer to keep the old one
with
World Tour Directors ( Chiller & Blacky)
Rankings (Stuey ''new one '' )
News (Togdyalttai)

All up to u peoples...
This Hierarchy will be called OLD.

Thanks
AND VOTE!

I vote for new, but I don't think all of those positions are necessary.

explain which functions would have every charge on the new hierarchy system(what you've thought for every charge, it may change if this option is chosen), i like it so far, but i want to know exactly what are they gonna do

If you don't send me a PM or DM, you might see your chances reduced. Inform me about anything that might have gone on with your matches BEFORE deadlines, otherwise, decisions won't be changed.

Ok the idea sounds fine but needs asome modifications. It wont be nice to have tons of people working because that will create chaos. But still lets see what we can come up with .

ok ya but here is really what jobs are gonna be :
- A president and administrator of the freewebs site
- a world tour director
- assistant director - Eronakold
- RANKING director
- League & Nations Cup director

But also it could have some unofficial jobs like
Calendar & Fixtures
News etc.
