New Rule: after two WO in 2 tournaments without any specific good reasons it's 2 weeks ban! ( 2 tournaments) be careful.
This rule will start from Rome (the 6th May note this)!

Hi! I decided to create this topic to announce which new rules I'm thinking.

If anything of 10b, c or d) happens, you have to take a screenshot and send me by MSN or via e-mail (santiagospaltro@gmail.com, you can add me on MSN). If you take a screenshot and I see you are right, your opponent (the cheater) will be punished the next week.

If the cheater continues doing cheat the next tournament, he will be punished for a month.

If you don't play on time, tell me if you can communicate with your opponent. If you can't and report us, you'll be the winner. If both of you report it, Ro. Fed will do "random".

If the ping is higher than 325ms you don't have to play if you don't want. Ro. Fed will do "random".

"Random":

Ro. Fed has a program about it. I don't know how does it work, so ask him if you have doubts. If the match have 3 sets and Ro. Fed took your name 2 times, you are the winner. If the match have 5 sets, Ro. Fed has to take your name 3 times for win the match.

Ro.Fed: I'm not arguing in favor of what you said. I think I should have been banned, and I think you should have been banned. The reason I posted is because it's ridiculous that you shouldn't be punished for using two accounts. And I think that rule was put forward a while ago, though Ro.Fed probably deleted it.

look at your settings on preview and change it to: all
