Is there any way to import custom animations from one mod to another? For instance, is it possible to take one of the forehands from Dilima's mod and add it to Sam's mod or vice versa? I apologize if this has been covered in another thread.

YES, but you'll need to work it out for yourself - Why don't you just download the animations you want from Lucian's thread ?
