I am trying to create a new directory/folder into PAK03 to add new anims. But QPED isnt letting me do this lol :s

I open PAK03. Data/models/anim (sams patch) and I want to add new playermale folder. But I cant seen to do this.

I can create a new PAK file but I just want to add a folder to the already existing directory? What gives in this situation?
Can some cool modding person help me a bit, since I did read the anim instructions from Lucian but its not doing it..
