Hi ! I can tell you more than what Neeky McDeez explained us:

"BASICS
1. First of all, what you need :
3ds Max 8 (an old MAX release, which is a 2005 version if i'm not mistaken. It's not that hard to "find", won't say more )
Manutoo's modified .x exporter : unzip it in the 'stdplugs' directory of you MAX installation - download/file.php?id=6410
The biped file (now V2, with mesh thanks to Manutoo) : the max file you will always begin with - http://www.mediafire.com/?d52thdzjnajpjaf
A video of the corresponding animation or multiples depending of the angle of the view."
