Nion, (i'm Amaz)
On a clean version, you have 9 courts.
Read the steps :
1- Create a new folder in the folder "Data" and rename it to "CustomCourt01"
2- Use Qped ( https://www.managames.com/download.php?QPed.zip ) and unzip the Pak01.pak
3- Go to the install folder of TE 2011, Create a folder and name it "Scripts".
4- Go where you unziped the Pak01, enter the folder scripts and copy the gamesys.ini and paste it on the folder you created (Scripts)
5- Open the file gamesys.ini after pasting, create a new line at the end of texts and write :
[Stadium10]
Skin = CustomCourt01
6- Download your 3d court, for example download the WTF2010 of torto14 ( http://www.mediafire.com/?ayvpkhogbfgdxa3 )
7- Unzip the .rar file. You will get 2 files.
8- Copy the file courttex.jpg into the folder "CustomCourt01" (situated in folder "Data")
9- Go to the install folder of Tennis Elbow and open the folder "Data", you need to create a folder named "Models", open the folder "Models" and create a folder named "Textures", Open that folder and create another folder named "Stadium" Open the folder stadium and create a folder named "CustomCourt01".
10- Copy the file named "Courtin1.jpg" into the folder CustomCourt01 situated in the folder Models - Stadium .......ect


The file Courtin1.jpg is the 2nd file you get when you download the rar file.

if you only change the textures => no desync.
You'll get desync if you change the physics parameters in the Court.ini .

But u mean I can put the US Open court in 3d and since I don't change the parameters I can play just fine right ? Because I'm exactly going to change the court...
