You need:
1 - A video that contains the cries you're looking for (Highlights, full game .....)
2 - A software that downloads youtube videos. I Suggested "Youtube Video File Downloader"

3 - A video to Wav converter, I Suggested "Audio / Video to wav converter" Because it is more convenient and Simple1

4 - A Wave cutter, I Suggested that I use "WavePad"

Here are the steps that must be followed, there are short and simple
1:
First you must download the video you that contains the cries of the player or player.
Let the video download.
At the end of the download, open the video and specify the time where spend the screams. And especially do not forget! This timing is very important, take three different cries especially.

After downloading and installing your converter in Video Wave, convert video we downloaded to a Wave file.

After downloading and installing our Wave cutter, open it and follow these final steps :
1 - Open the file. Wave that has been converted.
2 - Create three empty sound wave with the cutter.
3 - Display the file. Wave, visit the 1st second, where the first crie starts .
4 - Listen carefully to the cries that started in the first second and Select it and copy it.
5 - Switch you by the empty we created at the beginning and Paste the screams.
6 - Listen carefully to the cries, Beware that you must carefully select the screaming at the beginning, otherwise the game, the player shouts later
7 - Make the same thing you did the first cries the other two.
8 - At the end of work, save the three sounds we got into. Wave
9 - If you have 5 cries of Women on the game, rename the first wave to its name "Grunt-Female06a", the second in the name of "Grunt-Female06b", the third in the name of "Grunt-Female06c" and paste these files in the folder "Sound" is in the game directory
10 - Open the file "sound.ini" which is in the same directory.
11 - Switch down. Below:

Sound58 = Grunt-Female05a.wav, Grunt-Female05b.wav, Grunt-Female05c.wav
Create a new line and insert this code :

12 - Switch up. You will find :

Replace 56 by 57
13 - Open the "gamesys.ini" which is situated in the Scripts folder, if you can not find this file, open the "Pak01.pak" located in the "Data" folder and export the file "gamesys.ini" in the folder "Scripts" .
14 - Switch down and you will find this code:

FirstType = 0
NbType = 5
Replace 5 by 6, and Enjoy !!
