GRANDSTAND FAREWELL
This will be the last year of my no. 1 all time favourite court, the US OPEN Grandstand. I spent some of my best tennis-times watching Grandstand-matches on TV and in real life, attending the US Open.
Saying goodbye to the Grandstand means saying goodbye to a friend.

I released this court 3 years ago and now again with some changes and upgrades:
1. court 13 day
2. court 13 night
3. court 13 rainy night: rain delay, but the players won’t stop playing...
The ball is wet, gains weight and loses bounce ( I reduced Elasticity down to 0.66 in the court.ini ).
Therefore your playbook only contains 3 goals:
Attack, Attack, Attack !
That means not to play tennis, but to work Tennis!
WARNING: hitting wet tennis-balls may harm your shoulder and arm !
I hope to deliver an appropriate rainy-night-ambiance- sound as soon as possible.

We are watching the 4th-round-match Laver vs. Fillol ( Laver won in 5 sets, look at
the yellow scoreboard on the left side ).
Get the feeling of the old rackets by reducing the power of your players strikes down
to 50 %. Its another game!http://www.mediafire.com/download/gaeg9 ... N_1972.zip

This is the best Paris-Bercy court 1I've seen. Good angle considering what you have to work with and having no net is big plus.

Also a big fan of the USO Grandstand. Wandering back and forth between Armstrong and the Grandstand was just perfect during the first week; the USO won't be the same without it. Incredible resolution on the court btw.

Great courts, sir! I really like your vintage courts. Can you make more court of the 70s-80s please?

Thank you Sir, I hope to get more stuff from the 70s-80s since it all depends on
browsing pics from the net.
Some vintage courts from around the year 2000 are coming up the next days ....

shot taken during the 3rd round match of Anna Kournikova vs. Andrea Glass,
and I remember this match very well:
The russian beauty was fighting many double-faultes but won in 3 sets and
hundreds of young guys cheering: MARRY ME ! to Anna, or:
I GIVE YOU MY BLOOD, GIVE ME YOUR LOVE!
Great show!http://www.mediafire.com/download/xb725 ... A_1999.zip

Hey Crel, I saw a really good over the shoulder camera angle at about 1:36 into the NIshikori-Coric match at the Tokyo 500 if you're interested. There's another one at about 1:17 but it might be a bit too zoomed in for ideal playability.
