check it's not in your Tennis.ini , in the .ini of your Profile if you created one, in a Pak02 or Pak03 if you have some, etc...

It's not in my tennis.ini I have already checked... My pak02 it's empty and I don't have extra paks just pak01 and 02...My profile is the default one...What might be the problem???

Dilima,
you probably messed up something. Maybe try to do a clean install, and change MaxShader to 128 which should make the game bug. If you're able to do that, maybe you will be able to find out what is wrong in your Mod.

I already told u, try to play with MaxShader on a unmodded TE till you get how it works, I can't do anything more for u...

Manutoo,

I did a backup of my TE folder's and re-installed TE. Then I replaced folder by folder and when the message started to appear when I putted my Menu folder... This message just started to appear since I've putted the New CustomHud that Kersou dispatch to me... I let you here my Menu folder... might the problem be with the new CustomHud?

Dilima,
it's normal you get that warning ; it'll happen when you have more than 1024 images loaded.
Your problem is that your change to MaxShader doesn't work. So change it on a unmodded game to see if you can achieve that => re-read my earlier messages in this topic.
