The chair umpire that u say for it, it's for 3d courts not 2d courts

No, in the game there 3d and 2d courts :
the 3d court has a good chair umpire, he looks where is the ball...ext
but the 2d court has a bad chair umpire.
the 1st picture is 3d court
but the 2nd is 2d court.
