How can i change the animations for players in World Tour ?

Can you help me ?
How can i change the animations for players in the career mode ?
I opened the file "Players.ATP" but i don't find any "Serve, Forhand, Backhand... codes" in the Outfit code.
In traning club i click in "Copy the outfit code..." But when i can't insert the code in the text file !!! :(
