tuto to deal with .X file

this little tuto is to show you how the .X file works...since that m4n4c0r and me find the solution to download all the anims no matter for what version is it...1.0c or 1.0d...as you see in the thread call Custom Animations by the TE animation Team ...the animators now uploaded the .X file(instead of .anim file) and the .text file.
maybe some people doesnt know how to used the .X file...well...in here you can see what to do with this file.

I still didn't tried but in the video it shows that is the same as before to add new anims... the difference is that the anim. file doesn't comes and he is created by the game...

Nice tutorial vid megyaem30 :applause: , Just to explain further to it to those who don't understand. You must:

1. Clear any previous .anim files for that particular stroke in the 'playermale XX' folder (where XX represents the number of the folder where you want the strike to be) NOTE - don't delete all the .anim files for all the strikes in the folder obviously, just the specific stroke you want .

In other words, if you downloaded my Federer backhand animation and it didnt work for your version, you would delete the .anim file for the Federer backhand before you copy over the .x file, so that the game can create a new .anim file based on the .x file.

2. Copy both the .x file and the text file to the ''playermale'' folder where you want the strike to appear, and then enter the game. The game automatically creates an anim. file based on the .x file (as seen in the video).

3. Once the strike works in game, you can delete the .x file and just have the .anim and text files:)

Hope that made it a little more clearer for those who didn't understand:)

in order to be more especific about the .X file...i give you guys this link with a forehand to be tested in the game...the file contain:
forehand.X
forehand.txt
everyone can tested...1.0c or 1.0d users :mrgreen:
