Stop be so annoying..one question is enough !
Use Qped, open the pak01.pak file from data folder and there you'll find the court01 and and so on....I personally deleted all the files from all the courts except the "court.ini" and "court.jpg" file....doing this though, you'll not be able to use 3D courts; I don't know if it's possibile to have them both..I don't care cause I use 2D courts only

Pressing F9 a few times will fix this (toggles the umpire and line judge sprites). It should be perfectly possible to use both 2D and 3D courts.
