AO, RG, WIM, USO and A250 works. when I change to A250 or A1000 or DAVIS it appears A250 again

Prerequisites:
TE 2011 1.0c Build 76 - SubBuild 2011.11.05
Careful the last version was released by Manutoo the 2011.11.30
The Custom HUD does not work with older TE versions!

• A yellow less flashy in ATP1000 key points announcement

Bug fixes:

• Bug during tie-break: "when someone's score is 4 points the other player's score disappears"
• Set color font in ATP WTF scoreboard

Have you installed the full version (v8.1) or the patch?
I think some ico files are missing in your install.

I installed only the patch. I dont know if the files in ico, in these folders must be outdoors or inside?
