Ok I have another solution that worked for me... (and I think have the same effects that the solution proposed by Sam).

-Install the latest build (full game, not the patch, so do a clean installation). Now, the latest version and build is 1.0d Build 81.
-Replace all folders and files included in Sam's patch with the originals (IMPORTANT! do not replace the files "Pak01.Pak" and "Pak01.Pak" included in Data folder of Sam's patch, so these files have to be the originals of the game, not modified.
-Go to the "Menu" folder, and delete "Build.txt" and "Buildmac.txt".
-Enjoy the game with latest build (I think) and latest Sam's patch.

The scoreboards don't work though... I can see them but the design is all grey and white, not the ones you're supposed to see. Don't know what to do about it. :S

Non ca c'est pas l'US Open, c'est juste un cours dans la partie exhibition du jeu que j'ai oublié d'assigner... Le vrai US Open n'a pas ce probleme

I now have the latest version, but I can't even install the menu files :S As soon as I copy them into the menu file in Pak01, the game goes corrupt and says I have to re-install... I can install the scripts files though.

Or do I have to replace the entire map? I can't remember how I did it last time :p

I now have the Data file and the script file installed, but not the menu file containing the scoreboards. Do you know how I can solve this please?

Same problem , corrupted files please re-install... I'm thinking of getting another patch , but i've been waiting for this one for so much time , now i want a soltion to this problem... thanks

I never said to do these stuff... Do a clean intallation of TE, then Just copy all my files to your directory (without Pak01 and Pak02, without build and buildmac in Menu folder, just delete these before copying) and replace everything when it asks you to, it should work of you do it properly.

Ok, it works It would be good, when you edit this instructions in the first post with you Megapatch for othe users.

1.) Which is with the new build 82? How do I get this in the game, there's only build 80 now contain?

2.) How can I play in the training mode with other courts from the Grand Slams (Hisense Arena...)?

Sam, please answer me, which is with the build 82? I have installed the full version (Build 80) and not the new patch 82 with the instructions from lawmuspol2.

And how can I play in the World Tour and Training on the other Courts from the Grand Slam-Tournaments?
