Sorry to start a thread but I've been searching the forum and cannot find an answer to my question.

All I need to know is how to install mods I've downloaded from other people lol. Can someone help?

I did read it, but I don't really understand it because it says nothing about installing mods that you have downloaded from other people, which is what I'm confused about. I don't want to make my own mods. Or am I completely missing the point? :S

Well just ignore the parts where it says to create the mod, because you already have the file.

With oufits just remember to re-name the file you download to the next number that isn't taken, for example the first shirt you download will need to re-named shirt23.jpg and then the next shirt24.jpg and so on...
