Usually the forum users CAN'T edit his 1st post as many times as they want, but the modders with Verified Modder status CAN, in order to make easy to classify and find their work.

Look at this topic for example. Rogerfed1 have edited his 1st post 18 times---> topic29-10721.php

or this one from Megyaem----> topic29-13037.php
