I made this court... this seems to be a great court but I can't set the dev mode. please someone help me

You go in Tennis.ini and set Devmode to 1 (from 0). Then you go in game and what I do is I activate "Num lk" then: J is to zoom, K is to zoom out, U and I is for the aperture, 7 and 8 is to bring the court up and down and 9 is to save
