I did all the patch installation procedures, but the game opens without the patch loaded as if it was installed for the first time. I have already uninstalled and installed the game, but the problem persists. What can I do ?

I have the latest version of the game (Tennis Elbow 2013 v1.0j)

Damn Sam what an amazing job!
The overall improvements on the animations are superb

One issue i have is FAA's serve, it doesn't seem to work properly with the ball toss and crashes my game after a few balls. Anyone else have this?
