INSTRUCTION:

1) unpack the patch
2) we copy all files from the patch folder to the SOUND folder in the game. In clean TE 2013 it is one of the main folders. If we have a patch installed (for exmaple SamPatch), we enter the patch folder (for exmaple SamPatch) and the sound file should also be there
