i've installed now Men's Tour 2020 Megapatch by Sam I , followed the instructions but it does not load me the ATP2020 profile with all the players the slots remain empty

what should I do ?

it is normal that you are not in profile and that your slots remain empty.
Sam does not make profiles in his patches, so he leaves the players free to save their own list of players.
there is a forum topic that explains how to load players in training mode ....
